Title |
Sarcomere formation occurs by the assembly of multiple latent protein complexes. |
Publication |

Methods |
The recombinant protein was sent to Abmart Antibody Company (Shanghai, China) and the antibody was purified using the original antigen. TnI antibody specificity was confirmed by cell staining results of TnT RNAi-treated muscle cells.
